Vietnamese filter coffee
Exceptional quality
The French brought coffee to Vietnam more than 100 years ago. The Vietnamese made something of their own out of it: Strong coffee with sweet condensed milk. Hot water is poured and slowly drips through a metal filter into a glass of sweetened condensed milk, which now collects a strong coffee similar to espresso.
Of course, you need a special coffee for this; you use a special mixture with a high proportion of Robusta beans, which taste much stronger than the Arabica beans.
